Senior Manual QA.

We are seeking a Manual QA Lead to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan. This is a full-time, onsite position where you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through thorough manual testing. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to identify bugs, validate features, and maintain a consistent user experience. Your meticulous attention to detail and structured testing approach will directly influence product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute comprehensive manual testing across both web and mobile platforms, including functional, regression, exploratory, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop detailed test plans and test cases derived from requirements and design specifications.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Validate product features against business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps, including screenshots or videos, and assign appropriate severity levels.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to triage and prioritize issues effectively.
- Track defects throughout their lifecycle and verify fixes before closure.
- Participate actively in the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through to delivery.
- Work closely with developers to identify potential problem areas early in the process.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure UI/UX consistency across platforms.
- Engage in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to support Agile workflows.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation and uphold quality standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Identify opportunities to optimize testing workflows for greater efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in QA or software engineering, preferably within gaming startups.
- Extensive experience in manual testing for both mobile and desktop web applications.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis and comprehensive test planning.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and tools such as Jira.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) systems like GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
- Experience with test automation tools including Playwright, Cypress, Appium, and Selenium.

Work Location

This role requires full-time, in-person attendance at our Johar Town, Lahore office.
