We are looking for a proactive and creative Senior Associate - Marketing to support the daily execution of our firm’s marketing activities. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to assist in content creation, graphic design, social media management, marketing research, and campaign execution. This position is well-suited for someone with 2-3 years of marketing experience who enjoys blending creativity with strong organizational skills and is eager to grow within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Content & Design
- Assist in producing engaging marketing materials such as social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, newsletters, webinars, and promotional assets using tools like Canva and CapCut.
- Design visual content that aligns with the firm’s brand guidelines and communication standards.
- Support the development and formatting of client-facing marketing materials and presentations.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Create social media content based on approved briefs, including written copy, basic graphics, and short-form videos, while maintaining the firm’s brand tone and positioning.
- Adapt and repurpose approved content across relevant social media platforms.
- Manage the social media content schedule, publishing and monitoring approved content across platforms.
- Research current trends, formats, and creative approaches for social media.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and content rollouts.
- Track campaign and social media performance and prepare basic reports.
Market Research & Coordination
- Conduct research on relevant industry events, conferences, awards, and networking opportunities.
- Organize marketing assets and maintain shared folders.
- Maintain marketing calendars and activity trackers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information for marketing initiatives.
- Track deadlines and submissions, providing routine follow-up support.
- Provide administrative assistance for marketing campaigns and ongoing projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within a service-based company.
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms.
- Basic skills in video editing and graphic design.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer pain points and buyer mindset.
- Creative thinker with an out-of-the-box approach.
- High attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics and design.
- Ability to take direction and execute tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the marketing function.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in professional services, finance, consulting, or corporate services is highly desirable.
This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and collaborates closely with internal teams to support the firm’s marketing and business development goals. While the Senior Associate will be responsible for executing approved marketing activities and content briefs, the Marketing Manager retains overall responsibility for strategy, priorities, and final approvals.
