Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

3D Cube Design Studio is seeking a skilled Senior Design Engineer (Mechanical) to join our dynamic engineering team based in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative product development projects for both local and international clients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in mechanical design and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative mechanical design solutions that meet project requirements.
- Create advanced CAD models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using SOLIDWORKS.
- Prepare manufacturing-ready technical documentation to support production.
- Assist in prototyping, testing, and design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) activities.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manufacturing partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain engineering quality standards and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical product design and development.
- Professional SOLIDWORKS CSWP certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of design for manufacturing (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), manufacturing processes, and engineering documentation.
