Aga Khan University Hospital is seeking a Senior Medical Officer to be based at various field sites. This role involves providing comprehensive clinical care to site employees, their dependents, and, where applicable, the surrounding community. The successful candidate will conduct initial patient evaluations, investigations, and management, ensuring consistently high standards of clinical quality and service. The position requires flexibility to work under different rotations and shifts, with the opportunity to avail seven days of leave four times within a fiscal year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical care to employees, their families, and community members at field locations.
- Perform initial patient assessments, investigations, and management to maintain high-quality healthcare services.
- Manage emergency and trauma cases efficiently, demonstrating the ability to work under pressure.
- Collaborate with administrative teams to support the smooth operation of field clinics.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and adhere to institutional policies and guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
- MBBS degree with a minimum of 7 years of clinical experience, particularly in Family Medicine.
- Experience in Emergency Medicine and Cardiac Medicine following completion of House Job is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage emergencies and trauma patients effectively.
- Valid medical license from an accredited medical council.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office.
