Provox Global Solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to lead the requirements definition for a NetSuite ERP implementation at a U.S. private-equity-backed industrial manufacturing company. This full-time, onsite role is based in Islamabad, Pakistan, where you will work closely with the client’s leadership team and a third-party NetSuite implementation partner. You will play a critical role in modeling business processes and driving the ERP transformation from inception, collaborating daily with senior executives to shape future-state workflows and translate business needs into the new system. Although employed and managed by Provox Global Solutions’ Pakistan operations, your project direction will come from the client’s executive sponsors.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Modeling: Analyze existing workflows and design optimized future-state processes to identify efficiency improvements. Document processes using BPMN or flowcharts and recommend opportunities for automation or standardization.
Requirements Elicitation & Documentation: Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements. Develop and maintain clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process maps.
NetSuite ERP Implementation Support: Work closely with the NetSuite implementation partner to translate business requirements into system configurations. Conduct fit-gap analyses to align business needs with NetSuite’s standard capabilities, advocating for configuration over customization.
Cross-Functional Process Alignment: Define and enhance end-to-end processes across key business functions such as Lead-to-Quote, Design-to-Build, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, and Order-to-Cash. Ensure consistent requirements capture for finance, operations, manufacturing, and sales workflows.
Stakeholder Liaison & Project Methodology: Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams. Maintain requirements traceability, clarify scope, and manage change requests. Apply both waterfall and agile methodologies appropriately within a hybrid project framework.
Implementation & Testing: Support ERP delivery by contributing to data migration planning, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and assisting with change management activities. Identify requirement gaps, risks, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst on technology implementation projects, with a strong focus on process modeling and requirements analysis. Demonstrated success in ERP or large-scale system implementations is essential.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP implementations, including modules and processes such as lead management (Lead-to-Quote), product design/manufacturing (Design-to-Build), procurement (Procure-to-Pay), production planning (Plan-to-Produce), and order fulfillment/finance (Order-to-Cash).
Proficiency in process mapping techniques (e.g., BPMN or flowcharts) and the ability to produce detailed BRDs, functional requirements, and process flow diagrams.
Practical knowledge of both waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies, with sound judgment on when to apply each approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently at the executive level. Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
A strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate business process changes against ERP system capabilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in industrial manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or field service environments is highly desirable.
Previous collaboration with third-party ERP implementation partners or consultants.
Exposure to ERP data migration, system integration requirements, user acceptance testing (UAT), or business change management in prior projects.
Provox Global Solutions offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a major digital transformation from its early stages. You will help shape future ways of working and ensure that business needs are effectively translated into a practical, scalable NetSuite solution.
