JazzWorld, Pakistan’s fastest-growing digital ecosystem, is seeking a Senior Network Integration & Implementation Engineer to join its Network & Security practice. This role involves hands-on design, integration, and delivery of complex networks across data centres, enterprise WAN, SD-WAN, campus, wireless, and service-provider IP core and edge environments. As the Huawei technical lead, you will oversee Huawei technical delivery and integrate multi-vendor solutions for public-sector, financial services, service providers, and large enterprises. You will be responsible for networks connecting compute, storage, backup, and GPU infrastructure, collaborating closely with Systems Integration teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLDs/LLDs) for data centre fabrics, enterprise WAN, SD-WAN, campus, wireless, and IP core/edge networks.
- Design data centre architectures ranging from traditional three-tier to spine-leaf VXLAN/BGP EVPN, including multi-site orchestration for active-active and disaster recovery setups.
- Architect national-scale SD-WAN and campus solutions featuring zero-touch provisioning, overlay/underlay design, controller high availability, and data centre integration.
- Lead Huawei implementations involving iMaster NCE Fabric and Campus, CloudEngine and S-series switches, NE and AR routers, and Huawei firewalls, while integrating other vendor platforms.
- Manage IP core and provider-edge network transformations, technology refreshes, SDN deployments, multi-vendor migrations, and live cutovers with comprehensive validation and fallback plans.
- Design network fabrics optimized for AI/GPU workloads and integrate with firewalls, load balancers, virtualization, cloud platforms, and existing multi-vendor environments.
- Embed security into network designs through firewall placement, segmentation, and policy migration; lead complex escalations and root-cause analyses.
- Prepare detailed documentation including test plans, methods of procedure, migration and rollback strategies, and as-built records; lead customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and formal acceptance processes.
- Own Huawei technical escalations and partner relationships, maintain Huawei reference designs and configuration baselines, and mentor engineers progressing through HCIA, HCIP, and HCIE certifications.
- Support bid processes with Solutions Engineering by validating feasibility, estimating effort and resources, identifying risks, preparing bills of quantity/materials, conducting customer workshops, proofs of concept, and technical presentations.

Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in network engineering, including at least 4 years delivering Huawei network solutions and 3 years in a technical or team lead role on large-scale programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of end-to-end production network implementation and integration for government, financial services, or service-provider clients across data centre, WAN, and campus environments.
- Experience delivering software-defined networks at scale, such as controller-based data centre fabrics or SD-WAN deployments covering 100+ sites through customer acceptance.
- Hands-on expertise with Huawei NE, AR, CloudEngine, and S-series platforms, and routing/switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, and MPLS.
- Familiarity with VXLAN/BGP EVPN, SDN controllers, iMaster NCE-Fabric/Fabric Insight/MDC-MDA, iMaster NCE-Campus or CloudCampus; knowledge of other platforms is a plus.
- Experience managing live-production technology refreshes and multi-vendor migrations with structured fallback planning.
- Understanding of security integration and service-provider IP core/edge networks.
- HCIE-Datacom certification is strongly preferred; at minimum, HCIP-Datacom or HCIP Routing & Switching is required. Candidates without HCIE-Datacom must commit to attaining it within three months of joining.
