Senior Odoo Functional Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will take the lead in business process mapping, module configuration, enterprise-level deployment, and operational optimization. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of robust Odoo solutions that drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency through successful full-lifecycle implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Process Mapping & Blueprinting: Lead detailed requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders to develop comprehensive Business Blueprints (BBPs) and conduct gap analysis reports.

Module Configuration: Configure and fine-tune core Odoo modules including Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Production/MRP, and CRM to meet business needs.

Implementation & Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end Odoo implementation cycles, including system upgrades, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare support.

Data Migration & Integrity: Cleanse, structure, and execute accurate master data migrations and transactional data uploads to ensure data integrity.

Testing & User Enablement: Design and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and deliver impactful training sessions for key users and system administrators.

Documentation & Governance: Provide functional guidance, prepare detailed system documentation for mapped workflows, and uphold best-practice enterprise standards for business owners.

Required Qualifications

- ACCA, B.Com, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of hands-on functional experience with Odoo, with a proven record of completing at least 6-8 full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong operational knowledge of corporate finance, general ledger rules, inventory valuation methods, and material requirements planning (MRP).
- Expertise in analyzing business processes and mapping them effectively to Odoo solutions and configurations.
- Official certification as an Odoo Functional Consultant is preferred.
- Basic technical familiarity with the Odoo ecosystem.
