The National Bank of Pakistan is seeking a Senior Officer for its HR Complaints division at the OG-II/OG-I level. This role involves managing and resolving employee grievances and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between employees and management, promoting a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution. Key Responsibilities

- Receive, investigate, and resolve employee complaints related to HR matters, ensuring impartiality and fairness throughout the process.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather relevant information and documentation for complaint resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all complaints and their outcomes, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and grievance mechanisms.
- Prepare detailed reports on complaint trends and recommend improvements to HR policies and practices.
- Assist in conducting training sessions and awareness programs on employee rights and grievance handling.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational regulations.
- Support the HR department in other related tasks as assigned to enhance employee relations and workplace harmony.

Required Qualifications

- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in handling employee grievances, complaints, or related HR functions within a corporate or banking environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive matters.
- Proficiency in using HR information systems and standard office software.
- Strong analytical and report-writing abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
