The National Bank of Pakistan is seeking a Senior Officer for its HR Grievances department at the OG-II/OG-I level. This role involves managing and resolving employee grievances to ensure a fair and transparent work environment. Key Responsibilities

- Handle and resolve employee grievances in a timely and effective manner, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.

Required Qualifications

- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in handling employee grievances and conflict resolution, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices in Pakistan.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage sensitive situations.
- Ability to conduct investigations with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for HR management and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- A Master’s degree or professional certification in Human Resources (such as CIPD or SHRM) will be considered an advantage.
