This role is focused on ensuring that quality standards, policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements are consistently met across various departments. The individual will play a critical part in assessing quality performance, identifying areas for improvement, and driving corrective actions. Their work supports ongoing quality enhancement initiatives and helps maintain a safe environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate adherence to established quality standards, policies, and SOPs across multiple departments.
- Conduct thorough quality assessments and audits to identify compliance gaps and areas needing improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings from quality evaluations and audits.
- Collaborate with department heads and teams to coordinate and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous quality improvement efforts by recommending process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and assist in preparing for external inspections or audits.
- Promote patient safety by identifying risks and facilitating timely interventions.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to quality assessments and corrective measures.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in quality monitoring and evaluation within a healthcare or regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Ability to conduct detailed quality assessments and interpret audit results.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with patient safety principles and quality improvement methodologies.
