Senior Oracle Functional Executive

CareCloud, Inc., a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking experienced Senior Oracle EBS R12 Functional Executives with strong expertise in Oracle Financials and a solid background in Finance and Accounting. The company is known for providing unified, technology-enabled solutions that enhance clinical workflows, increase revenue, modernize patient experiences, and reduce operational costs within complex healthcare environments. Reporting to the Director ERP, the position involves managing Oracle EBS implementations, resolving functional issues, supporting end users, and ensuring smooth financial system operations. The shift timing for this role is from 6 PM to 2 AM PKT, and there are two openings available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for Oracle EBS R12 Core Financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and related modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle EBS functional solutions.
- Participate in and manage Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in collaboration with technical and business teams.
- Perform and oversee financial reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support month-end and year-end financial processes within Oracle EBS.
- Address user queries, provide functional guidance, and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process guides, and system-related materials.
- Coordinate with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Ensure Oracle EBS processes and controls comply with IT General Controls (ITGC), Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR), and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary system documentation, evidence, and control information.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12, particularly in Core Financial modules.
- Proven track record of managing multiple Oracle EBS implementations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a relevant professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes and their integration with Oracle EBS.
