Senior Performance Designer

Key Responsibilities
Design high-performing static and digital advertising creatives primarily for paid social platforms such as Meta, Instagram, and other performance marketing channels. Collaborate closely with performance marketers, creative strategists, copywriters, and fellow designers to translate customer insights, campaign goals, offers, and creative hypotheses into compelling ads aimed at conversion. Produce and test multiple creative concepts, analyze performance data, and continuously iterate on successful designs. Develop a variety of creative assets including static ads, promotional graphics, product-focused creatives, testimonials, comparison ads, problem-solution concepts, advertorial-style designs, offer creatives, and landing page visuals. Maintain strong visual consistency while adapting creatives to diverse audiences, offers, and acquisition campaigns. Manage multiple creative requests efficiently in a fast-paced testing environment and contribute original ideas and creative hypotheses beyond simply executing design tasks.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic, visual, advertising, or performance creative design. A strong portfolio showcasing digital advertising, paid social, e-commerce, or performance marketing creative work. Solid understanding of direct-response advertising and how creative influences customer acquisition. Proven experience designing advertising creatives for Meta/Facebook/Instagram is highly preferred. Expertise in hooks, visual hierarchy, messaging, offers, social proof, customer pain points, and conversion-focused design. Ability to rapidly produce multiple creative concepts and variations without compromising quality. Comfortable using performance data to inform and improve creative decisions. Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar software. Excellent skills in typography, composition, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling. Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with remote, cross-functional teams. Ability to independently manage priorities, meet deadlines, and take full ownership of creative projects.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands is highly advantageous. Familiarity with AI creative tools for ideation, image generation, production, or creative experimentation is a plus.
