Senior Platform & Quality Engineer

KeepCoders is seeking a Senior Platform & Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, and software quality with an emphasis on automated testing and release quality rather than manual QA. The ideal candidate will take ownership of building scalable, reliable software solutions and work onsite alongside a collaborative, technically driven team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain cloud-native infrastructure using GCP, GKE, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Manage CI/CD and GitOps workflows through GitHub Actions and Argo CD, including deployment verification, release automation, rollback, and release gates.
- Implement Kubernetes security, secrets management, workload configuration, and security-conscious infrastructure practices.
- Develop and maintain developer self-service tooling, leveraging platforms such as Backstage.
- Design and implement automated integration, end-to-end, API/backend, and regression testing, including Flutter/mobile test automation.
- Maintain automated testing frameworks for iOS and Android, including physical-device testing when necessary.
- Manage test environments and test data to ensure reliable, repeatable automated test execution.
- Implement logging, metrics, monitoring, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Create scripting and automation solutions to enhance platform reliability, testing, deployment, and engineering workflows.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues, improve release quality, and maintain stable production systems.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with GCP, GKE, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Strong expertise in GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, Argo CD, and GitOps methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
- Experience with Kubernetes security, secrets management, and cloud infrastructure best practices.
- Demonstrated ability in automated integration, end-to-end, API, and regression testing.
- Experience with Flutter/mobile test automation and iOS/Android testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with physical-device testing for mobile applications is highly desirable.
- Proficient scripting and automation skills to support platform and testing workflows.
- Experience managing test environments, test data, release automation, and deployment verification.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, problem-solving aptitude, and a proactive ownership mindset.
- This is a Platform/DevOps-focused role with responsibilities centered on quality automation, not manual QA.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
