Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design process for web and software projects, starting from discovery and user research through to wireframes, visual design, and final delivery. This role involves shaping the product vision, defining user journeys, creating interaction patterns, and maintaining a cohesive design system across multiple platforms. The designer will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to validate ideas, facilitate design workshops, and iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.

Additionally, the Senior Product Designer will mentor junior designers, advocate for design best practices, and contribute to refining Creoforma’s design processes and standards. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to balance creativity with practical implementation.

Required Qualifications

- Proven expertise in product design with experience managing end-to-end design for digital products.
- Strong application of Design Thinking and structured problem-solving to develop and validate user-centered solutions.
- Proficiency in user and UX research, including planning studies, synthesizing insights, and translating findings into actionable design decisions.
- Advanced skills in visual design, including typography, layout, color theory, and component-based design systems.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams in agile or lean environments, collaborating effectively with engineering and product teams.
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, along with familiarity in prototyping and usability testing methods.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and defend design decisions to stakeholders in a respectful and constructive manner.
- Prior experience designing B2B or SaaS products, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates impactful, user-centered design work.
