We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Designer to lead the redesign and enhancement of the user experience for a large-scale enterprise SaaS platform. This role focuses on complex software systems rather than website design. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to transform intricate enterprise workflows into experiences that are simple, intuitive, modern, and fast. You will work across various products including CAFM/CMMS, HSE & Safety Management, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Energy & Building Management, IoT & Smart Buildings, Analytics & Executive Dashboards, AI-powered workflows and assistants, as well as mobile applications. Our user base spans technicians, facility managers, HSE teams, operations managers, and senior executives. The core challenge is to make enterprise-grade complexity feel effortless.

- Strong understanding of UX research, user flows, data visualization, and developer handoff processes
- A portfolio demonstrating deep experience in product design for complex software, not just websites or landing pages
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Candidates should avoid portfolios focused primarily on graphic design or purely aesthetic screen design
- We seek designers who challenge assumptions by asking, “Why does the user need to do this at all?” rather than focusing on superficial details like button colors
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a practical product design challenge based on a real enterprise workflow
- Evaluation criteria include UX thinking, workflow simplification, UI quality, design system expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly explain design decisions
- A relevant product design portfolio is essential; applications without one will not be considered
- We value demonstrated experience in making complicated software feel simple and intuitive over formal certifications
If you have a proven track record of simplifying complex enterprise software and are passionate about creating seamless user experiences, we encourage you to apply and share your portfolio.
