Senior Product Manager

PakWheels, Pakistan’s largest online automotive marketplace and community, is on a mission to simplify and enhance the vehicle buying and selling experience nationwide. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – AI & Agentic Products who is passionate about developing AI-native experiences, designing intelligent workflows, and delivering impactful products at scale. In this role, you will lead AI-powered product initiatives from concept through execution, working closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to launch innovative features that drive user engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven features and agentic workflows.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes leveraging AI technologies.
- Develop comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) detailing AI behavior, fallback mechanisms, and evaluation metrics.
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers and data teams to enhance model performance and improve user outcomes.
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators such as engagement, retention, task completion, and AI accuracy.
- Partner with marketing and business teams on go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Prepare product documentation, business cases, and strategic presentations for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of product management experience, including a proven track record of shipping AI-powered products.
- Practical experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Perplexity in daily workflows.
- Strong understanding of large language model (LLM) concepts including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), hallucination mitigation, context windows, and AI workflow design.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Mixpanel, Hotjar, or MoEngage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, n8n, or Make.com.
- Exposure to multi-channel pipelines (MCP), vector databases, RAG pipelines, or AI orchestration architectures.
