Infāque is an innovative donor engagement and fundraising technology platform designed to empower nonprofits by streamlining donor management, donations, campaigns, recurring giving, events, communications, analytics, and more within a unified ecosystem. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of our product, driving its vision and growth as we scale to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for Infāque.
- Collaborate closely with founders, engineering, design, QA, sales teams, and customers to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Deeply understand nonprofit and fundraising challenges, translating them into impactful product solutions.
- Lead product discovery, customer research, requirements gathering, and feature development from concept through launch.
- Create clear and comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and releases.
- Utilize product data, customer feedback, and market insights to inform decision-making and prioritize initiatives.
- Manage integrations, payment workflows, APIs, and third-party platform connections.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and enhancements to improve donor experiences.
- Ensure product quality, oversee releases, drive adoption, and champion continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably within SaaS, B2B, nonprofit technology, CRM, payments, or related fields.
- Proven track record of owning and scaling software products successfully.
- Strong expertise in product discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, and Agile development methodologies.
- Comfortable working closely with technical teams and familiar with APIs and integrations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility effectively.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience with AI-powered products or nonprofit technology is highly desirable.
- The ideal candidate thinks like a Product Owner rather than a project coordinator—someone who identifies the right problems, challenges assumptions, makes informed decisions, and takes ownership from idea through execution to measurable outcomes.
This is a full-time position based in Lahore with a hybrid work model.
