The Senior Project Coordinator position is a full-time, on-site role based in the Lahore District. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating daily project activities across Indigo Walk, ensuring that construction, fit-out, and operational projects advance according to established schedules and quality standards. The coordinator will work closely with contractors, vendors, internal teams, and regulatory authorities to resolve issues, manage documentation, and support inspections and approvals. A key part of the role involves monitoring logistics and material flow, expediting critical tasks, preparing progress reports, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. The position demands a proactive, hands-on approach on site, with a focus on meeting project timelines, budgets, and safety requirements consistently.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring alignment with project schedules and quality standards.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, internal teams, and regulatory bodies to resolve issues and facilitate smooth project execution.
- Manage documentation related to project progress, inspections, and approvals.
- Monitor logistics and material movement, ensuring timely delivery and organization of supplies on site.
- Expedite critical tasks by following up on pending items and removing bottlenecks to maintain project momentum.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and quality control processes throughout project phases.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to achieve project goals.

Required Qualifications

- Strong project coordination and project management skills, including experience in planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
- Proven expediting skills with the ability to accelerate critical tasks and resolve execution delays.
- Experience in logistics management, including organizing materials, managing suppliers, and coordinating on-site deliveries.
- Competence in overseeing site inspections, verifying compliance with standards, and supporting quality control efforts.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a hands-on approach in a dynamic work environment.
