This role involves planning and managing the day-to-day execution of training programs, bootcamps, and related operations. The candidate will work closely with training partners to ensure the smooth delivery of technical and freelancing modules, while maintaining the availability of labs, learning management systems (LMS), trainers, and assessment tools. The position requires coordinating cohort-wise training schedules for both students and IT professionals, ensuring seamless operations across applications, onboarding, attendance tracking, assessments, and stipend disbursement. Monitoring progress against milestones and timelines, preparing operational reports, and resolving any issues to maintain program quality are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage the execution of training sessions, bootcamps, and operational activities on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with training partners to ensure smooth delivery of technical and freelancing modules, including labs, trainers, curriculum, and certifications.
- Ensure the availability and proper functioning of labs, LMS platforms, trainers, and assessment mechanisms.
- Develop and execute cohort-wise training schedules tailored for students and IT professionals.
- Oversee the operations related to applications, onboarding processes, attendance monitoring, assessments, and stipend disbursement.
- Track progress against defined milestones, targets, and timelines to ensure program goals are met.
- Manage stipend disbursement processes and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
- Collaborate with software development and quality assurance teams to maintain uninterrupted portal and LMS operations.
- Prepare consolidated operational dashboards, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Ensure readiness for upcoming training cohorts in alignment with approved timelines.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in managing training programs, bootcamps, or similar educational initiatives.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple training partners and internal teams.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), lab environments, and assessment tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle cohort-wise scheduling and operational workflows.
- Ability to track and report progress using dashboards and operational reports.
- Experience in managing stipend disbursement and compliance processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and implement solutions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience working with IT professionals and student cohorts in a training or educational setting.
