Senior Project Manager / Upseller

NexHive is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Project Manager / Upseller with 3 to 4 years of experience in managing US-based e-commerce projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Karachi at DHA Phase VII Extension 2, Jami Commercial Road, with working hours aligned to the US time zone (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM). The successful candidate will oversee projects from initiation to delivery, identify upselling opportunities, enhance client retention, and contribute to business growth by leveraging expertise across major e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage e-commerce projects from planning through to successful delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with marketplaces and platforms including Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Meta to optimize project outcomes.
- Recognize growth potential for existing brands and recommend actionable, revenue-generating solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, implementing strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Monitor project progress, proactively resolve challenges, and ensure overall client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce project management, upselling, or account management.
- Hands-on familiarity with major e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Meta.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
