Senior Prompt Engineer

Teraleads, a Dubai-based marketing agency operating remotely across the EMEA region, is developing an AI-powered CRM product designed to enhance customer engagement and business management across multiple industries. We are looking for a Senior Prompt Engineer to join our team full-time. This role focuses on designing, testing, and optimizing AI prompts to ensure that the outputs generated by our CRM are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in prompt engineering, AI model integration, and workflow automation, contributing directly to the continuous improvement of our AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prompt Engineering and Optimization: Design, refine, and validate high-quality prompts for various AI models to maximize performance and effectiveness.
- AI Output Quality Assurance: Ensure AI-generated content is precise, relevant, and consistent with the company’s tone and guidelines.
- System Integration and Deployment: Work closely with development teams to integrate AI models smoothly into production environments.
- Application-Specific Calibration: Customize and fine-tune prompts for specific use cases such as conversational agents, process automation, and decision support systems.
- Workflow Design and Management: Create and manage efficient AI operational workflows using platforms like Zapier, n8n, and Make.
- Strategic Business Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI outputs support broader organizational objectives.
- Research, Development, and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging AI capabilities and experiment to enhance the quality and effectiveness of AI outputs.
- Prospective Client Engagement: Deliver professional product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Proven expertise in prompt engineering and AI-driven content optimization.
- Proficiency in Python programming, including scripting and automation development.
- Experience working with JSON for data manipulation and API integration.
- Hands-on knowledge of workflow automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, and Make.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), including OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source alternatives.
- Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and model fine-tuning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Educational background from relevant universities or possession of applicable diplomas/certificates.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
