We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Quality Controller (QC) specializing in men's suiting and formalwear. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in inspecting and ensuring the quality of various garments, including Coat/Pant Sets, 2-Piece Suits, 3-Piece Suits, and Wool Coats. This position demands exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of garment construction, tailoring, and finishing techniques to uphold the highest quality standards before products reach customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections of finished garments such as suits, coat/pant sets, and wool coats to verify quality compliance.
- Carefully examine stitching, measurements, fitting, lining, and finishing details to ensure precision and consistency.
- Detect fabric defects, construction faults, and any other quality issues that could impact the final product.
- Ensure all garments conform to the company’s approved quality standards.
- Perform comprehensive final quality inspections prior to product dispatch to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on quality control experience specifically within men’s suiting and wool coats.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling 2-Piece Suits, 3-Piece Suits, and Coat/Pant Sets.
- Strong knowledge of suit construction, tailoring techniques, fitting accuracy, and finishing processes.
- Experience must be exclusively related to men’s suiting to be considered eligible.
- Candidates must be based in Karachi.
