Senior React Native Engineer 5/8+ Years Experience

Texinity Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Senior React Native Engineer with 5 to 8 years of professional experience in mobile application development. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and mobile app architecture, with a strong focus on performance optimization. This role involves building and maintaining high-quality, scalable mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The candidate will take full ownership of mobile development, collaborate closely with backend and UI/UX teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of reliable and user-friendly mobile experiences. The position offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work based in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable components adhering to modern development standards.
- Translate UI/UX designs and product requirements into responsive, high-quality mobile interfaces.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, third-party SDKs, and external services into mobile apps.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, memory usage, and startup time.
- Implement state management solutions using Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar libraries.
- Manage navigation, application lifecycle, local storage, push notifications, and deep linking.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs, crashes, compatibility issues, and production incidents.
- Work with native iOS and Android modules to support platform-specific functionality when needed.
- Ensure application security, accessibility, code quality, and compatibility across devices and OS versions.
- Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to guarantee application reliability.
- Manage application builds, release processes, and deployments to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, QA engineers, and product managers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical decisions and mobile architecture.
- Stay updated with React Native releases, mobile development trends, and emerging tools and technologies.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of professional software development experience, with significant hands-on React Native mobile app development.
- Strong proficiency in React Native, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Proven track record of developing and shipping production-ready applications for both iOS and Android.
- Deep understanding of React hooks, component lifecycle, reusable components, and modern React practices.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, JSON, and third-party service integrations.
- Familiarity with mobile navigation, push notifications, deep linking, and local data persistence.
- Understanding of native mobile development concepts, including iOS and Android build configurations and native modules.
- Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and collaborative workflows.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks like Jest, React Native Testing Library, or Detox.
- Skilled in debugging and profiling applications using mobile development tools.
- Awareness of mobile app security, performance optimization, and platform-specific design guidelines.
- Experience publishing, maintaining, and updating apps on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and mentor less experienced developers.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
