Naeem Hospital’s Mohlanwal Branch is seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Registrar in General Surgery to join our surgical team. The successful candidate will be a postgraduate resident (PGR) in General Surgery with 4 to 5 years of relevant clinical experience. This role requires strong surgical exposure and is ideally suited for someone nearing the completion of their postgraduate training or approaching Consultant level.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients requiring surgical care.
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative patient management.
- Handle both emergency and elective surgical cases efficiently.
- Assist in and perform surgical procedures within the scope of competency.
- Conduct daily patient rounds to monitor clinical progress.
- Manage surgical emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with Consultants, Residents, Anesthesia, Nursing staff, and other departments to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and clinical records.
- Adhere to patient safety protocols and infection control standards rigorously.
- Participate actively in on-call rotations and emergency duties as required.

Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Currently a Postgraduate Resident (PGR) in General Surgery.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant clinical experience in General Surgery.
- Valid PMDC registration/license.
- Strong clinical exposure to general surgical procedures and emergency cases.
- Excellent clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership abilities.
