Naeem Hospital’s Mohlanwal Branch is seeking a skilled Senior Registrar in General Surgery to join our dedicated surgical team. The ideal candidate will be a Postgraduate Resident (PGR) in General Surgery with 4 to 5 years of relevant clinical experience. Candidates should have strong surgical exposure and be nearing the completion of their postgraduate training, ideally close to Consultant level. This role involves managing a diverse range of surgical cases in a dynamic hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients requiring surgical intervention.
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Handle both emergency and elective surgical cases efficiently.
- Assist in and perform surgical procedures within the scope of competency.
- Conduct daily patient rounds to monitor clinical progress.
- Respond promptly to surgical emergencies and deliver appropriate management.
- Collaborate effectively with Consultants, Residents, Anesthesia, Nursing staff, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and clinical records.
- Ensure adherence to patient safety protocols and infection control standards.
- Participate actively in on-call and emergency duties as required.

Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Currently a Postgraduate Resident (PGR) in General Surgery.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant clinical experience in General Surgery.
- Valid PMDC registration/license.
- Strong clinical exposure to general surgical procedures and emergency cases.
- Demonstrated clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
