The National Bank of Pakistan is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Relationship Manager (Female) at the OG-II level to join their team. This role involves managing and expanding the bank’s portfolio of corporate clients by providing tailored financial solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship management within the banking sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate banking products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue potential clients to expand the bank’s customer base.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from client acquisition to portfolio management, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as credit, operations, and risk management to facilitate smooth processing of client transactions and loan applications.
- Monitor client accounts regularly to assess risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management regarding portfolio performance and market trends.
- Participate in market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior relationship managers and support staff to enhance team performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate banking or relationship management, preferably within a reputable financial institution.
- Strong understanding of banking products, credit appraisal, and risk management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a diverse client portfolio.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and banking software systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A postgraduate degree or professional certification such as CFA, ACCA, or MBA will be considered an advantage.
- Experience working with large corporate clients and handling complex financial transactions is highly desirable.
