Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our team in branch banking roles focused on liabilities sales. The ideal candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving deposit growth, and supporting branch objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients to enhance product awareness and ensure high customer retention. Identify and secure new accounts through customer referrals and market networking. Maintain excellent service standards to deliver a superior customer experience. Drive deposit growth by managing portfolios efficiently and promoting cross-selling and additional deposit collection (ADC) opportunities. Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to meet and exceed branch targets.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a graduate degree with at least 14 years of education from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university. A master’s degree is preferable. For Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) positions, a minimum of 5 years of experience in liabilities sales within branch banking is required. For Relationship Manager (RM) roles, candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant liabilities sales experience in branch banking. The maximum age limit for applicants is 35 years.

Skills and Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to effectively manage customer relationships and deliver impactful presentations. Candidates should demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to manage teams effectively. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication is critical for success in this role.
