Chase Securities is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Equity Research Analyst to join its expanding Research Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modeling skills, excellent report-writing abilities, and a deep understanding of Pakistan’s equity market. This role requires a professional who can deliver comprehensive research insights, develop detailed financial models, and provide actionable investment recommendations to support both institutional and retail clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed equity research reports, including company initiations, quarterly and annual earnings reviews, sector reports, and investment strategy documents.
- Build and maintain comprehensive financial models encompassing income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and valuation frameworks.
- Conduct fundamental analysis of listed companies by evaluating business performance, financial health, growth potential, and key investment risks.
- Perform company valuations using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), relative valuation, and other appropriate methodologies to establish target prices and investment recommendations.
- Monitor corporate earnings, economic developments, industry trends, and market movements to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Develop actionable investment ideas and stock recommendations tailored for institutional and retail investors.
- Contribute to sector outlooks, market strategy reports, and the firm’s broader research publications.
- Collaborate closely with sales and trading teams to effectively communicate investment insights and market perspectives.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in equity research, preferably within a brokerage house or asset management company.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and fundamental analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to write detailed, well-structured, and insightful equity research reports.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation purposes.
- A self-driven professional mindset with strong attention to detail and the capability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable investment insights.
