Senior RTA Closer

Coventra Global is seeking a Senior RTA Closer with a minimum of one year’s experience in a UK RTA or Injury Claims campaign. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients, listen carefully to their accident enquiries, and assist suitable leads through the claims process. Your ability to communicate professionally and empathetically will be essential in supporting Coventra Global’s UK RTA and Injury Claims campaign. Success in this position involves managing calls with care, gathering precise information, and converting potential clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct conversations confidently and professionally to build trust with prospective clients.
- Ask targeted questions to fully understand the circumstances of each accident and identify possible injury claims.
- Clearly explain the general process involved in RTA claims to clients.
- Handle objections with empathy, ensuring clients feel supported throughout the discussion.
- Accurately collect and document all relevant accident and claim information.
- Follow up with prospective clients to guide suitable enquiries through the subsequent stages of the claims process.
- Apply knowledge of Hire & Repair or Vehicle Damage Claims when relevant to the enquiry.

Required Qualifications

- At least one year of experience working in a UK RTA or Injury Claims campaign.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clients empathetically and professionally.
- Proven ability to handle objections and sensitive conversations effectively.
- Detail-oriented approach to gathering and recording information accurately.
- Confidence in explaining complex processes in a clear and understandable manner.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience or understanding of Hire & Repair or Vehicle Damage Claims is advantageous.
- The position offers a work schedule from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with weekends off, providing a balanced work-life arrangement.
