Senior Sales Application Engineer

Our client, a reputable engineering company specializing in the power sector with a focus on gas turbine filtration, is seeking experienced professionals for the role of Senior Sales & Application Engineer in Lahore. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to business growth by promoting Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), electric motors, and industrial electrical solutions. Candidates with 1-4 years of experience in related fields and a background in Electrical or Electronics Engineering are encouraged to apply. The role involves engaging with industrial customers, OEMs, consultants, and system integrators to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for VFDs, electric motors, and other industrial electrical products.
- Identify and approach potential clients including industrial customers, OEMs, consultants, and system integrators.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate products while preparing detailed technical quotations.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry through negotiation to order closure.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by conducting technical meetings and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to coordinate quotations, deliveries, and provide technical support as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (B.E./B.S.).
- 1-2 years or 2-4 years of relevant experience in industrial sales and application engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of VFDs, electric motors, and industrial electrical applications.
- Proven track record in industrial sales, customer development, and successfully closing business deals.
- Good understanding of the industrial customer base in Lahore and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
