Key Responsibilities
- Drive wholesale vehicle sales across designated markets by prospecting and onboarding new dealer clients while managing existing accounts.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline through continuous engagement and follow-up with potential and current customers.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, negotiate pricing and contract terms to meet both company and client needs.
- Coordinate closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of vehicles.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and inventory levels to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records by updating CRM systems and generating sales reports.
- Collaborate with management to support revenue targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, both domestically and internationally, as required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and account management, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Background in automotive, export, wholesale trading, or related industries, ideally with exposure to dealer networks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and fostering long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and proficiency with CRM or other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently on-site in Karāchi, while effectively collaborating within a cross-border, multicultural team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and comfort using digital communication platforms.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional regional languages is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet clients and participate in industry events.
