Senior SEO Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Executive to join our team and lead the charge in driving organic growth through innovative and modern SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, possess strong analytical abilities, and have hands-on experience in all aspects of SEO. Attention to detail and a growth mindset are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and performance.
- Conduct comprehensive website audits and develop actionable growth strategies based on findings.
- Implement and stay current with advanced SEO practices including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Geographical SEO), AI Search, and other emerging trends.
- Perform detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize website content, technical elements, and internal linking structures to enhance search engine rankings.
- Develop and execute effective link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
- Monitor SEO performance metrics such as rankings and organic traffic, and provide regular reports.
- Utilize SEO tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms to track and analyze data.
- Keep abreast of Google algorithm updates and AI-driven search developments to ensure compliance and leverage new opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in SEO with a strong track record of driving organic growth.
- Practical knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO techniques.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Gulshan-e-Johar, Block 5, Karachi. The role requires working night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM. Candidates should be comfortable with the onsite work environment and shift timings.
