Senior SEO Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SEO Executive to join our dynamic team at Tech BPO in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-ranking SEO results, especially for US-based service projects. This role demands a professional with a deep understanding of both local SEO and international solar project campaigns. The successful candidate will be analytical, creative, and data-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, service-oriented business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility for US-based websites.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts according to on-page SEO best practices.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage technical SEO elements, including site architecture, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Execute and manage local SEO strategies targeting US cities and states, ensuring Google My Business listings are fully optimized.
- Collaborate closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are consistently applied across all web assets.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of on-site SEO experience in a professional setting.
- Proven portfolio featuring 5 to 6 US-based websites that rank on the first page of Google for relevant keywords.
- Experience working with service-based businesses, particularly within the US market.
- Strong knowledge of local SEO, including citations, NAP consistency, and geo-targeting strategies.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google’s suite of tools.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working collaboratively within a team.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, and their impact on search indexing.
