Logix Contact is seeking a Senior Social Media Executive to join their team in Lahore on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive social media strategies aimed at enhancing the company’s brand presence and driving audience engagement across multiple platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong content creation skills and the ability to manage social media operations from planning through execution. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company’s overall business and marketing goals. Plan, manage, and oversee monthly content calendars and social media campaigns to ensure timely and effective delivery. Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual style across all social media channels. Analyze social media performance metrics regularly to optimize content for improved engagement, reach, and audience growth. Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality, timely content. Stay informed about the latest social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to keep content relevant and impactful. Manage posting schedules, craft engaging captions, select appropriate hashtags, and adhere to platform best practices. Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management to support continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in social media marketing or brand management. A strong understanding of social media analytics, insights, and reporting tools is essential. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively plan content and coordinate with multiple teams. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines is critical. A deep understanding of current social media trends, storytelling techniques, and audience behavior is necessary to succeed in this role.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with paid social media campaigns will be considered an advantage. The position offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs120,000 per month.
