Senior Software Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Gather, document, and manage detailed business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams to bridge understanding gaps.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements that align with organizational goals.
- Ensure that proposed solutions deliver measurable value and support overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, demonstrating strong analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of business processes and proven strategies for process improvement.
- Proven ability to accurately gather, document, and manage business requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Experience managing the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management or business analysis tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Project Management Institute - Professional in Business Analysis) are considered a plus.
