Key Responsibilities:
- Develop user interfaces using ReactJS with strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model.
- Implement core ReactJS principles such as Hooks and Lifecycle methods, and manage workflows using Flux/Redux.
- Write comprehensive test cases to ensure thorough test coverage.
- Utilize modern ECMAScript specifications along with Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs effectively.
- Apply design patterns, handle errors and exceptions, and manage resources efficiently.
- Work with DevOps practices, including CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.
- Implement modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Tokens (JWT).
- Experience with various data stores, both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Align with the company’s long-term vision and contribute positively to the team environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/MCA) from a reputed university.
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in front-end development with a focus on ReactJS and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
