The company is seeking AI-native engineers who are curious problem-solvers, capable of leveraging AI to build innovative tools, automate workflows, and create meaningful impact by streamlining operations, enhancing customer experience, and reimagining internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead AI-driven development by utilizing AI tools such as Claude Code, large language models (LLMs), and automated agents to accelerate the software development lifecycle. This includes rapid prototyping, automated testing, and documentation. Take full ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining complex full-stack features, managing the entire lifecycle from system design and API contracts to deployment and on-call support. Contribute significantly to system architecture discussions, evolving microservice patterns to ensure scalability, decoupling, and resilience. Maintain high standards of code quality through thorough code reviews and actively mentor junior engineers (Software Engineers I & II), promoting a culture of AI-first thinking. Participate in operational excellence activities, including on-call rotations, leading incident post-mortems, and building self-healing systems with automated monitoring.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of six years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of delivering high-scale distributed systems. Demonstrated AI-first mindset, having integrated AI tools into daily workflows to enhance development velocity and code quality. Proficiency in modern backend programming languages such as Go, Java, or Node.js, along with strong knowledge of frontend technologies including React and TypeScript. Advanced understanding of distributed systems concepts, including REST/gRPC APIs, message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ, and both SQL and NoSQL databases. Deep familiarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and the ability to manage infrastructure on AWS.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in building or integrating AI agents or wrappers around large language models is highly desirable. Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs are a plus.
