We are seeking a senior-level Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in NodeJS and ReactJS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating technical product visions into high-quality, pixel-perfect, and performant web applications. This role demands hands-on coding skills as well as leadership capabilities to guide mid-level, junior, and intern developers by setting a strong example in best practices and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, and debug web applications ensuring clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Adhere to established standards and best practices, including source code control and conducting thorough code reviews.
- Perform performance analysis and optimization, usability testing, and automation testing to ensure robust application delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other developers, leading efforts to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers by offering regular progress updates, identifying potential risks early, and contributing to the development of technical strategies to mitigate those risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years focused on full stack development using NodeJS and ReactJS.
- Strong familiarity with engineering tools, programming languages, and software development methodologies.
- Solid understanding of both relational and non-relational databases.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, product managers, and development teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
