Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with expertise in ReactJS and React Native to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web and mobile applications that are scalable, responsive, and user-friendly. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA, and project managers to deliver efficient and effective solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain robust web and mobile applications using ReactJS and React Native frameworks.
- Build scalable, responsive, and reusable frontend components to enhance application performance and user experience.
- Translate business needs and technical specifications into well-structured, maintainable code.
- Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Debug, optimize, and improve application performance to ensure smooth functionality across platforms.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team.
- Participate actively in technical discussions, architecture planning, and solution design to contribute to the overall product strategy.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical support to resolve complex challenges within the team.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and React Native frameworks.
- Solid understanding of frontend development principles, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design techniques.
- Proven experience in building scalable and responsive web and mobile applications.
- Good knowledge of APIs, version control systems such as Git, and the software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with backend development is considered an advantage and will be a plus for this role.
