We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team in Lahore, working a hybrid schedule from 5 PM to 1 AM. This role primarily focuses on technology, involving MERN stack development, API integrations, and AI projects, while also dedicating time to analytics tasks such as HubSpot reporting and dashboard creation. Additionally, you will support LMS content development by creating and structuring training materials to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance internal tools and applications using the MERN stack.
- Design, test, and deploy AI-driven features utilizing APIs from OpenAI, Gemini, and Anthropic, including console-based testing.
- Evaluate, integrate, and maintain new software tools within existing workflows.
- Manage AWS services such as S3 Buckets, IAM roles and policies, and CloudFront for hosting and storage solutions.
- Deploy and maintain applications on serverless hosting platforms.
- Build, optimize, and maintain analytics dashboards and reports using HubSpot data.
- Automate reporting pipelines to deliver actionable insights on operational and business KPIs.
- Assist in creating LMS content, including course materials, quizzes, and interactive modules.
- Clean, transform, and analyze large datasets to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with team leads to drive automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in MERN stack development.
- Proficient in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience with REST APIs and API console testing.
- Working knowledge of AWS services and serverless deployment platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, and Anthropic.
- Advanced skills in SQL and complex MongoDB queries.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot analytics, reporting, and data workflows.
