Senior Software QA Engineer

We are currently looking for a Senior Software QA Engineer with a strong emphasis on automation to join our agile development team. This role is embedded within an AI-driven software development and testing lifecycle, where quality assurance is integral to AI-enhanced workflows. The ideal candidate will possess solid functional testing expertise and a strong ambition to grow skills in automation, DevOps, and contemporary testing methodologies while supporting both internal and client-facing applications.

Key Responsibilities
Automate and maintain comprehensive end-to-end test suites using JavaScript or C#. Perform functional, exploratory, and performance testing across user interfaces, RESTful APIs, and databases. Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to define acceptance criteria, develop detailed test plans, and contribute to designing resilient system architectures. Leverage modern testing approaches and AI-assisted tools to increase testing efficiency and improve defect detection. Manage test environments, test data, release workflows, and software merges to ensure seamless delivery cycles. Actively engage in agile ceremonies such as daily standups, retrospectives, and 3-Amigos sessions to foster continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in quality assurance within an agile software development environment, ideally working in an AI-centric SDLC/STLC. Hands-on expertise with test automation frameworks like Playwright or Selenium. Strong capabilities in API testing using tools such as Insomnia or Postman, with familiarity in OpenAPI/Swagger specifications. Proficiency in SQL querying for database validation and testing. A diagnostic mindset with the ability to identify system vulnerabilities, debug using tools like browser DevTools, and produce clear, actionable bug reports. Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, version control systems such as Git, performance testing tools like JMeter, and scripting on Windows or Unix environments. Demonstrated ability to manage rapid iteration cycles while maintaining high product quality and customer satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
