Senior Software Sales Executive

Experts Communication is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Software Sales Executive to join our night shift team based in North Nazimabad, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international software, IT, or digital sales, with a focus on lead generation, client engagement, and closing high-value deals. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently during night hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close sales of international software and web services.
- Identify client needs and deliver customized software solutions.
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Manage and expand existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate closely with business development and technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in software or IT sales, preferably targeting international markets.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS, web development, and software solutions.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities during the night shift.
- Candidates residing near North Nazimabad are preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Karachi before starting work. Walk-in interviews are held Monday to Friday between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
