Senior Software Sales Executive

Experts Communication is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Software Sales Executive to join their night shift team based in North Nazimabad, Karachi. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment focused on innovation and growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international software, IT, or digital sales, with strong skills in lead generation, client communication, and closing high-value deals. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, requiring on-site attendance during these night shift hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close sales of international software and web services.
- Identify client needs and present tailored software solutions accordingly.
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Manage and expand existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with business development and technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client communications.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in software or IT sales, preferably with exposure to international markets.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, web development, and software solutions.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to night shift hours.
