Senior Specialist – HR Service Delivery

Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking a Senior Specialist – HR Service Delivery to join our Talent Acquisition team in Karachi. This full-time, in-person role requires a dedicated professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, service delivery, or shared services. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. This position involves managing day-to-day HR services, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining effective relationships with both employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver daily HR services and operations efficiently.
- Address employee queries promptly and ensure their resolution.
- Implement HR policies, processes, and procedures smoothly across the organization.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize HR service delivery.
- Conduct client visits to understand requirements, gather feedback, resolve concerns, and foster long-term business relationships.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, HR Service Delivery, HR Shared Services, or similar roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/HRMS platforms.
