We are seeking a skilled professional with a background in chemical studies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in laboratory testing within a production environment. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and compliance of fabric testing processes according to recognized standards, as well as supporting continuous improvement through training and environmental management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all laboratory tests are conducted in accordance with AATCC, ASTM, and ISO test methods.
- Review all laboratory test reports generated in the ERP system and recommend corrections for any identified errors.
- Test all fabric samples received from the production department to maintain quality standards.
- Provide training and upskilling opportunities to colleagues to enhance team capabilities.
- Maintain appropriate environmental conditions within the laboratory to support accurate testing results.
Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Diploma in Chemical studies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role involving fabric testing and laboratory quality control.
