Senior System Administrator - Cloud

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms.
- Administer and troubleshoot enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, backups, and network services to ensure continuous high availability.
- Implement and uphold system security protocols, including patch management, endpoint protection, access controls, and adherence to security best practices.
- Monitor system performance, conduct incident investigations, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
- Oversee backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and system recovery processes to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Document infrastructure configurations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and provide technical support and mentorship to junior IT engineers.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in system administration with a strong focus on Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Proven expertise in virtualization technologies and backup solutions.
- Solid troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide clear technical guidance.
