Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Recruitment Specialist with over four years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within the Software and IT sectors. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter tools, with a demonstrated ability to source and hire top talent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media platforms, and internal talent databases effectively to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows within the ATS to ensure smooth process tracking.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand specific hiring needs and develop customized sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Track and report recruitment metrics regularly to the HR team and company leadership to support data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of four years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the Software or IT industry.
- Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter tools for sourcing and candidate engagement.
- Strong proficiency in managing recruitment workflows using ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
