- Identify compliance gaps and develop detailed remediation plans, coordinating execution with engineering, security, and business units.
- Manage certification evidence, technical documentation, testing activities, dependencies, risks, and project milestones.
- Collaborate with external Qualified Security Assessors (QSAs) and audit organizations throughout the certification lifecycle.
- Analyze end-to-end payment processing flows, including card transactions, tokenization, and digital payment integrations.
- Review and interpret REST API specifications, authentication mechanisms, request/response flows, and integration dependencies.
- Translate business, technical, PCI DSS, and payment-network certification requirements into functional and technical specifications for engineering teams.

- Create process flows, integration diagrams, requirements documents, use cases, acceptance criteria, and certification checklists as needed.
- Act as the central coordination point among business, technology, certification bodies, auditors, and external partners.
- Lead client-facing technical and business meetings, communicate progress, resolve dependencies, challenge technical assumptions, and independently drive certification activities.
