Support team growth by participating in recruitment efforts for campus and experienced hires. Mentor new team members and lead training sessions to foster professional development within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in programming and a passion for learning new languages and technologies.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and elegantly to diverse audiences.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable presenting technical content to both small and large groups.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
