SolutionInn is seeking a skilled Senior Technical SEO Specialist to join our technology team. This role is perfect for a hands-on professional with extensive experience optimizing large-scale enterprise platforms, such as e-commerce or ed-tech sites, that feature millions of dynamically generated, data-driven pages. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of improving organic search performance through detailed technical SEO strategies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, monitor, and resolve complex indexing, crawling, rendering, and crawl-budget issues affecting millions of dynamic pages.
- Implement hands-on code-level SEO fixes involving HTML, JavaScript, structured data, and collaborate directly with developers to ensure effective execution.
- Conduct thorough technical SEO audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and perform direct log-file analysis to identify and address issues.
- Stay current with Google Search algorithm updates, AI-driven search changes, and industry best practices to proactively safeguard and enhance organic search rankings.
- Manage site architecture, dynamic XML sitemaps, canonicalization, page load speed, and develop international and localization SEO strategies.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and data teams to design SEO-friendly dynamic features and automate workflows that support scalable SEO efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of dedicated technical SEO experience working on large-scale websites with over one million pages.
- Deep expertise in handling dynamic data, performing technical SEO audits, and implementing code-level SEO solutions.
Skills and Experience
- Strong technical proficiency with hands-on development skills to modify code or guide engineering teams effectively.
- In-depth understanding of search engine mechanics, including dynamic client-side and server-side rendering, indexing pipelines, and resolving edge-case indexing challenges.
- Mastery of essential SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog (with enterprise-level configuration), SEMrush, and log analysis software.
- Analytical and data-driven approach with excellent problem-solving skills tailored to managing extensive web environments.
- Commitment to continuous learning, actively participating in SEO forums, and staying updated on Google’s core updates, webmaster guidelines, and industry trends.
